How to Access the Home Staging Proposal Template

  1. After purchase, you’ll be able to download a PDF with instructions and a link to instantly access your Home Staging Proposal Template for Canva. You’ll also receive the PDF download link via e-mail (check your Spam folder if you don’t see it).
  2. The link contained in the document will take you directly to the template. Be sure to save a copy to your own Canva account before you begin customizing the template.
  3. Log in to Canva. If you don’t already have a Canva account, sign up for a free one.
  4. Upload and add your own logos or photos, if desired.
  5. Customize the colors, wording, font, font size, placement, and sizing as much as you’d like.
  6. Save and download as a “PDF Print” for a high resolution print file. For a smaller file size that’s easier to send by email, save and download “PDF Standard.”
  7. YOU’RE READY TO PRINT! Print your Home Staging Proposal on US Letter 8.5” x 11” size paper. We recommend using Canva’s online print services for best quality results. Three Bears Home Staging is not responsible for any printing errors, so please double-check colors, sizing, bleed lines, etc.
