Vannessa is the best and she is so easy to work with! The main reason I hired her was because we needed to repaint the outside of our house before putting it on the market, and my husband and I could not agree on the paint colors. I wanted to update the colors and he wanted to paint them the same colors, so I hired Vannessa to intervene. I liked her advice so much that I hired her again when building our new home out of state. Vannessa was such an excellent investment for our property! We had her come through and do a walk and talk consultation. She spent about two hours with me going room to room and making suggestions about how to improve our staging.

Our home had been on the market a month and a half so I was ready to redesign for maximum impact. For such a low cost she gave me lots of ideas about reasonable investments for maximum return in our home. We followed her advice by painting most of the main floor a neutral color and staging every room. It took some time, but it was well worth it.

Ms. Rhoades was efficient, her ideas for each of our rooms abundant and creative. She gave each room the same detailed attention, and was precise on all measures in each room down to changing up hardware to tie in the room’s décor. From furniture arrangement, coordinating with my décor already owned, and provided an array of unique ideas for adding any new furniture purchased down to changing up our old furniture with simple redesigns that turned each room she redesigned into something we positively love.
