Home Staging Services and Written Reports
- We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 6 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee of $50.
- We do not guarantee that you will agree with our advice or opinions. These are simply our recommendations based on our experience. Although studies show that home staging helps sell homes faster, we cannot and do not guarantee that your home will sell or sell for a better price. Other factors, such as your local real estate market and the decisions you or your broker make are important.
- Gift certificates are valid for up to one year after the date issued.
- Our service area for in-person consultations is generally the Katy area, but we do see clients all across the Houston metro area based on distance and schedule availability. In-person consultation will incur an additional trip fee. See a map of our general service area below.
- All sales are final. By purchasing our products or services, you are agreeing with our Terms and Conditions. We do not issue refunds for completed consultations.
- REFUND POLICY FOR UNUSED CONSULTATIONS OR WRITTEN REPORTS: Things come up in life, situations get altered or sometimes we just change our mind – it happens. We are here to make you happy and are committed to client satisfaction. So, if within 30 days of your purchase and prior to submitting your information you change your mind, we will provide a refund less a 5% credit card processing fee. After 30 days, or once you have initiated the consultation or report creation process by submitting your information, we can no longer provide a refund.
E-Design, Redesign, & Color Services
- Client will receive design recommendations based on the questionnaire, pictures, videos or other material submitted by the client.
- While we will make every effort to ensure your satisfaction, design is inherently subjective. By purchasing our services, you agree that Three Bears Home Staging cannot and does not warrant or guarantee your satisfaction with design services and/or ideas you receive from Three Bears Home Staging.
- Due to the nature of online shopping, Three Bears Home Staging has made every effort to portray recommended products and their colors and materials in the most accurate way on the Design Board. The displayed colors of the products will depend upon the monitor of the user and cannot be guaranteed by Three Bears Home Staging as an accurate portrayal of the actual color or material of the product. We also make best efforts to estimate scale of your space based on photos provided, but can’t guarantee that all recommended products will fit your space. Customers are required to measure their space to ensure that items fit prior to purchasing. Customers are required to ensure the return policy of any design item is to their liking.
- DUE TO THE EVER CHANGING NATURE OF THE INTERNET, Three Bears Home Staging DOES NOT GUARANTEE, OR WARRANTY ANY OF THE PRODUCTS OR MERCHANDISE PURCHASED BY YOU THROUGH THE USE OF OUR SERVICES OR THOSE SERVICES OF A SERVICE PROVIDER. YOUR ONLY RECOURSE OR REMEDY FOR GUARANTEE OR WARRANTY CLAIMS IS DIRECTLY WITH THE MANUFACTURER OR PRODUCER OF THE MERCHANDISE.
- While Three Bears Home Staging will attempt to ensure that all retail product links are current in order to assist clients with purchasing design items, there is no guarantee that the furniture or accessories recommended by Three Bears Home Staging will be available for purchase at all OR within a specific time frame due to the ever-changing nature of the Internet. If prices are provided as part of the design service recommendation, there is no guarantee that the price is the lowest price or that the customer will find the article at the similar price when they order.
- Our visual representations of your space and any 2D or 3D floor plans are not to be used as a construction document or for renovation purposes. Our plans are strictly for visual reference relating to decor and design that you can do yourself. We recommend hiring professionals for lighting installation and for hanging heavy items that need to be anchored to your walls.
- Gift certificates are valid for up to one year after the date issued.
- Three Bears Home Staging is not financially responsible for the material and labor finishes from our consultations or reports.
- DESIGN CONSULTATION GUARANTEE AND REFUND POLICY: You have paid for our time so we can’t provide a refund if for some reason you move or something changes before you can implement our recommendations. We want you to be happy, so if you have any objections or concerns about the recommendations, we ask that you share them with us along with photos of your color samples and give us the opportunity to tweak our selections before you reject them outright. Please note, we will not provide a refund unless we have had the chance to make adjustments to our initial recommendations.
