Vannessa Rhoades is the founder of Three Bears Home Staging®, where home staging is done “just right!” An award-winning stager, author, and nationally recognized expert, she helps homeowners and Realtors® present properties for faster, more profitable sales—using proven strategies and a practical approach.
As the author of Just Right! Easy DIY Home Staging, Vannessa equips sellers with clear, actionable advice. Her online courses (Easy DIY Home Staging for Home Sellers™ and Color By the Numbers™) teach homeowners DIY staging and how to evaluate paint colors for their homes. She’s also developed a line of marketing and business templates—designed specifically for staging and real estate professionals—to deliver the tools they need to elevate their businesses.
Named one of the RESA Top 100 Most Influential People in Real Estate Staging, Vannessa blends her expertise in marketing and PR with a designer’s eye to create spaces that appeal to buyers. Her work has earned consistent praise on Houzz, and her virtual consultations extend her methods to clients across the country.
Education is at the heart of Vannessa’s work. Whether guiding sellers through her book and courses or helping staging professionals streamline their marketing, she focuses on strategies that deliver real-world results.
A University of Texas at Austin graduate (with Highest Honors!), she now dedicates her expertise to writing, teaching, and innovating in real estate marketing. When she’s not doing staging consultations or creating resources, she writes and shares insights to help others succeed in the industry.
