How Our Virtual One Room Paint Color Report Works

After purchasing the One Room Paint Color Report, you will be able to download a PDF document containing instructions and a link to our Online Questionnaire and Photo Upload Portal. You’ll also receive this information via e-mail. Please check your Junk/Spam folders if you haven’t received the e-mail.

Your paint color recommendations are based on the thoroughness of your questionnaire responses and the quality of your uploaded photos. This includes factors such as:

• Your personal tastes
• The particular needs of the space (natural and artificial lighting)
• Your furnishings and permanent fixtures
• The overall flow of the home and/or nearby rooms.
• Need us to help you choose a color for your cabinets? Simply add that option to your cart!

What You’ll Receive In Our Virtual One Room Paint Color Report

Your digital Digital Paint Color Report will include the following:

• 3 beautiful interior wall paint color options, each with an explanation about the color and how it relates to you and your home
• A white/off-white recommendation for your trim, doors, and ceiling
• At least 2 cabinet color recommendations (if selected at checkout)
• Artificial lighting recommendations to evaluate and showcase your paint colors in the best light
  
• One round of revisions, if necessary, at no additional charge.
• BONUS: You’ll receive large paint swatch sheets of each color from the manufacturer shipped directly to your home!

We will e-mail your personalized Color Report (along with paint swatch order confirmation) within 8-10 BUSINESS days after we receive your completed questionnaire and photos. The report is a PDF document — no physical report will be mailed. Your large-scale paint swatches are shipped directly from the paint manufacturer to the mailing address on your questionnaire.

*Please note: color swatch shipping is available only to clients with a mailing address in the contiguous USA and Canada.

Your customized color selections will be from Sherwin-Williams and/or Benjamin Moore. If you need color selections from a different paint brand, please contact us before purchase to make sure we can accommodate your request.

This package is a digital Paint Color Report for one interior room only. If you’d like an additional room, please purchase an additional package.

Refunds, Terms & Conditions

If within 30 days of your purchase and before submitting your information you change your mind, we will provide a refund less a 5% credit card processing fee. After 30 days, or once you have initiated the consultation process by submitting your information, we can no longer provide a refund.
