HOW IT WORKS

1. After checkout, you’ll be able to download a PDF file called Instructions. You can also log in to your Three Bears Home Staging account any time to access this download.
2. Log in to Canva. If you don’t already have a Canva account, sign up for a free one here.
3. Click the “ACCESS TEMPLATE” link in the Instructions PDF, and a direct link to the template will open in Canva.
4. Save a copy of each template to your own Canva account, then begin making edits!
5. Upload and add your own logos or photos, if desired. Customize the colors, wording, font, font size, placement, and sizing as much as you’d like.
6. Save as a PDF.
7. Print on 11” x 8.5” paper or stock in landscape mode, two-sided, 100% scale. Because this template contains graphics and images that “bleed” to the edge (a function most home printers cannot perform), we recommend using Canva’s online print services or another professional print shop. Three Bears Home Staging is not responsible for any printing errors, so please double-check colors, sizing, bleed lines, etc.
