Our 2-hour online home staging consultation is for homes 4,000 sq. ft. or larger that will be occupied while they’re on the market. Working from your uploaded room photos and completed Online Home Staging Questionnaire, we’ll guide you through the changes you can make in each space that will maximize your return on investment when selling. You’ll receive:

  • access to our exclusive Home Prep Guide & Workbook (complete with Showing Instructions)
  • our Photo Upload Checklist
  • a link to a recording of our Zoom consultation after we’re done
  • detailed written report for your consultation available for an additional charge (select option below to add to cart).

HERE’S HOW IT WORKS

  1. Review your PDF download, Instructions, immediately after completing your consultation purchase (you’ll also receive it via e-mail – check your Spam folder if you don’t see it). This document will contain links that direct you to the next steps.
  2. Complete the questionnaire and upload your photos using the links provided in the Instructions PDF download.
  3. Look for our appointment confirmation e-mail after submitting your questionnaire and photos.
  4. Grab a pen and get ready to learn how to sell faster and more profitably! On Consultation Day, you’ll meet with our founder and award-winning home stager, Vannessa Rhoades, via Zoom at the designated appointment time. You’ll “walk” through each room together, discuss the recommended staging in each space, and receive help determining priorities and budget.
