How It Works

After purchasing the Exterior Paint Color Report, you will be able to download a PDF document containing instructions and a link to our Paint Color Questionnaire. You’ll also receive this information via e-mail. Please check your Junk/Spam folders if you haven’t received the e-mail.

Your paint colors recommendations are based on your questionnaire responses and uploaded photos. This includes factors such as:

  • Your personal tastes
  • The particular needs of the space (exposure, landscaping issues)
  • Fixed elements on the home (roof, walkways, stone/brick, etc.)

*We may contact you by e-mail for clarification or to request additional information, if necessary.

What You’ll Receive

  • Your digital Paint Color Report will include 3 exterior paint color palettes and a paint sheen guide.
  • Each palette will include body/trim/accent recommendations accompanied by an explanation about the selections and how they relate to you and your home.
  • BONUS: We will order paint swatch sheets of each color from the manufacturer to be mailed directly to your home!

We will e-mail your personalized Color Report (along with paint swatch order confirmation) within 8-10 BUSINESS days after we receive your completed questionnaire and photos. The report is a PDF document — no physical report will be mailed. Paint swatches are ordered directly from the paint manufacturer and shipped by the manufacturer to the property address on your questionnaire. *Please note: color swatch shipping is available only to clients with a USA mailing address.

Your customized color selections will be from Sherwin-Williams and/or Benjamin Moore. If you need color selections from a different paint brand, please contact us PRIOR to purchase to make sure we can accommodate your request.

**This package is a digital Paint Color Report for one exterior building only. If you’d like additional palettes or buildings, please purchase an additional package. If you’d like an interior room palette, please review our One Room Paint Color Report.**
