How It Works
After purchasing the Exterior Paint Color Report, you will be able to download a PDF document containing instructions and a link to our Paint Color Questionnaire. You’ll also receive this information via e-mail. Please check your Junk/Spam folders if you haven’t received the e-mail.
Your paint color recommendations are based on the thoroughness of your questionnaire responses and the quality of your uploaded photos. This includes factors such as:
- Your personal tastes
- The particular needs of the space (exposure, landscaping issues)
- Fixed elements on the home (roof, walkways, stone/brick, etc.)
*We may contact you by e-mail for clarification or to request additional information, if necessary.
What You’ll Receive
Your digital Digital Paint Color Report will include the following:
- 3 beautiful, customized exterior paint color palettes
- Paint sheen guide
- Color placement specifications, accompanied by an explanation about the selections and how they relate to you and your home
- One round of revisions, if necessary, at no additional charge.
- BONUS: You’ll receive large paint swatch sheets of each color from the manufacturer shipped directly to your home!
We will e-mail your personalized Color Report (along with paint swatch order confirmation) within 8-10 BUSINESS days after we receive your completed questionnaire and photos. The report is a PDF document — no physical report will be mailed. Your large-scale paint swatches are shipped directly from the paint manufacturer to the mailing address on your questionnaire.
*Please note: color swatch shipping is available only to clients with a mailing address in the contiguous USA and Canada.
Your customized color selections will be from Sherwin-Williams and/or Benjamin Moore. If you need color selections from a different paint brand, please contact us PRIOR to purchase to make sure we can accommodate your request.
**This package is a digital Paint Color Report for one exterior building only. If you’d like additional palettes or buildings, please purchase an additional package. If you’d like an interior room palette, please review our One Room Paint Color Report.**
Refunds, Terms & Conditions
If within 30 days of your purchase and prior to submitting your information you change your mind, we will provide a refund less a 5% credit card processing fee. After 30 days, or once you have initiated the consultation process by submitting your information, we can no longer provide a refund.
