2. Log in to Canva. If you don’t already have a Canva account, sign up for a free one here.
3. Click the “ACCESS TEMPLATE” link in our Instructions PDF, and a direct link to the template will open in Canva.
4. Save a copy of the template to your own Canva account, then begin making edits!
5. Add your own logo, images, and contact information. Customize the wording, font, font size, placement, and sizing to your preference.
6. Save as a PDF.
