HOW IT WORKS

1. After checkout, you’ll be able to download a PDF file called Instructions-Home Staging Report and Checklist 2.0 | Template for Canva. You can also log in to your Three Bears Home Staging account any time to access this download.
2. Log in to Canva. If you don’t already have a Canva account, sign up for a free one here.
3. Click the “ACCESS TEMPLATE” link in the Instructions PDF, and a direct link to the template will open in Canva.
4. Save a copy of the template to your own Canva account, then begin making edits!
5. Upload and add your own logos or photos, if desired. Customize the colors, wording, font, font size, placement, and sizing as much as you’d like. Add your own images (or use the ones already in the template).
6. Save as a PDF.
7. YOU’RE READY TO PRESENT TO CLIENTS! Easily order prints directly from Canva, take the PDF file to your favorite local printer, or print at home! Three Bears Home Staging is not responsible for any printing errors, so please double-check colors, sizing, bleed lines, etc.
